Conor Gallagher has still not been offered a new contract by Chelsea, talkSPORT understands.
England midfielder Gallagher is in limbo over his Stamford Bridge future with his current deal expiring at the end of next season.

The Blues were open to offers for Gallagher last summer and in January.
That is despite the 24-year-old being a mainstay of Mauricio Pochettino's side and has captained the team on numerous occasions.
Tottenham retain an interest in Gallagher, but have so far been unwilling to meet Chelsea's £50million asking price.
While it is understood that Newcastle are also keeping tabs on the situation.

Chelsea have been told by Financial Fair Play expert Stefan Borson that they must raise at least £100m in player sales by offloading academy graduates, or run the risk of breaching rules.
And this has seen Gallagher linked with a move away from west London in the upcoming transfer window.
Despite the high-profile signings of Enzo Fernandez and Moises Caicedo, it is Gallagher who has been Chelsea's most consistent midfielder this term.
He has featured in 45 games in all competitions this term - chipping in with six goals and eight assists.

Gallagher, who is closing in on 100 appearances for Chelsea, revealed earlier this season he feared for his future at the club.

He told The Telegraph in November: "I would be lying if I said I wasn’t [fearful of losing his place].
“When top players come in your position, you think you have less of a chance of playing as much as I’d like.
"It makes me even more determined to prove to the manager why you are good enough to be playing as well. I think I have done that this season.
“There is always going to be competition. It’s what comes with being at a top club like Chelsea, one of the best clubs in the world over the last 20, 25 years.
