The 2023/24 regular seasons have come to a close in the Championship, League One and League Two - but fans can already start planning for the new campaign.
The EFL play-offs across all three divisions will decide the final line-ups for next season's competitions and preparations for the 2024/25 season can then begin in earnest. Here's what we know so far about the new term.
The new Championship season is scheduled to start on the weekend of August 10/11, 2024.
Last season, the opening game was on a Friday night, but the fixture list for the new season is yet to be confirmed.
The EFL has confirmed that all three divisions will kick off over the weekend of August 10/11.
The EFL has said that the regular season will end on May 3, 2025.
The 46 rounds of league matches will take place across 33 weekends, nine midweeks and four Bank Holidays in the Championship, with Leagues One and Two playing over 36 weekends, six midweeks and four Bank Holidays.
The Sky Bet Play-Offs will take place over the 2025 May Bank Holiday weekend (24-26 May).
Set your reminders: the fixtures across all three divisions will be released at 9am on Wednesday, June 26.

The 2024 summer transfer window in the EFL and the Premier League officially opens on Friday, June 14. The window will close on August 30 at 11pm UK time.
The Carabao Cup begins in mid-August, with the draw and fixtures to be confirmed.
